| How many miles on the engine? Did you warm it up, WOT etc.? NA, TT? I would highly recommend getting a battery charger with a start function and redoing the test.
I had a brand new battery, fully charged and by the 2nd cylinder being tested it was already showing false readings due to the drain from turning it over multiple times during the test. Also, I would have a leak down test done as well before I would consider a rebuild, to confirm the compression test results.
